 Hydraulic Attachments

Hydraulic cylinders used in construction and demolition attachments such as concrete shears, scrap grapples, crushers, and pulverizers are designed to withstand the toughest working environments. These cylinders provide the extreme force required for cutting, crushing, and handling heavy materials, making them a critical component in industries like construction, recycling, and scrap handling.

Concrete shear cylinders provide the massive cutting force needed to break reinforced concrete and structural steel during demolition. Crusher and pulverizer cylinders are used to crush concrete, stones, and other construction debris into smaller, reusable fragments.

Heavy-duty attachment cylinders are engineered with oversized barrel walls, reinforced piston rods, and heavy-duty sealing systems to resist high pressures, side loads, and shock impacts. They are typically double-acting and capable of handling extreme cycle frequencies without performance loss. The piston rods are induction-hardened and hard chrome-plated to resist wear, abrasion, and corrosion caused by concrete dust, metal fragments, and outdoor conditions. Special features such as end cushioning, integrated load-holding valves, and high-performance wipers are often applied to protect the cylinder from sudden load changes and contamination. Regular inspection of seals, rod surfaces, and oil condition is essential to ensure long service life and reliability under continuous heavy-duty operation.
